April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) an annual campaign to raise public awareness about sexual assault and to educate communities and individuals. This year’s campaign is “Healing is an art. It takes time. It takes practice. It takes love. It takes community.” Our official hashtag is #GMUSAAM

SAAM Program: The Student Support and Advocacy Center with partners from across campus have come together to offer workshops, events, kiosks, and programs for the month open to all of our George Mason University community.
