At George Mason, The Vagina Monologues are performed as part of V-Day George Mason.  First performed at Mason in 1999, the event is sponsored by Student Support and Advocacy Center, with support from Women and Gender Studies.

The proceeds of this event go to support the George Mason University Victims of Violence Fund, through the George Mason University Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.  Mason’s Victims of Violence Fund, administered by SSAC, provides direct assistance to student survivors of sexual assault, stalking, and dating/partner violence.
