Health and Fitness Expo

The Student Support and Advocacy, in partnership with Student Health Services, Mason Recreation and University Life, is excited to host Mason’s 22nd annual Health and Fitness Expo on Thursday, March 29, 2018, 10:00 am-3:00 pm. The Expo is held on the Fairfax campus in the Johnson Center Dewberry Hall. Our theme this year is Fit & Lovin’ It!

The Health and Fitness Expo is an annual event attended by more than 2,000 participants, featuring interactive health education activities, participatory demonstrations, and fitness instruction and challenges. This event is free, open to the public, and promotes health, wellness, fitness, and disease prevention while introducing faculty, staff, affiliates, and students to resources in the community that can help them lead healthier lives.

Health Care Providers will be offering the following health screening opportunities at the Health and Wellness Expo:

  • Cholesterol
  • Blood glucose
  • Blood pressure
  • Vision
  • Body Mass Index
