University Life, in partnership with Student Health, is sponsoring its 22nd annual Health and Fitness Expo on Thursday, March 29th, 2018 from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. The expo will be held on the Fairfax campus in the Johnson Center Dewberry Hall.

The Health and Fitness Expo is an annual event attended by more than 2,000 participants, featuring interactive health education activities, participatory demonstrations, and fitness instruction and challenges. This event is free, open to the public, and promotes health, wellness, fitness, and disease prevention while introducing faculty, staff, affiliates, and students to resources in the community that can help them lead healthier lives.
